You choose the plot and the design and MDCI will control the development process and protect your interest in one complete and integrated package. This provides you with the limits and guarantees necessary to accomplish the project – on time and on budget.

Which services are included?
Our service comprises all the actions and specialist team members – from architect, technical architect, engineer, project manager, and licences – necessary to deliver your projects within the parameters we agree with you at the outset. As your independent development experts you can be assured of a whole set of guarantees available to ensure your home is built on time, under budget and according to the qualities you specify at the beginning.
You do not have the additional concerns of having to manage different members of the development team or to not having control over the budget or timescales.
MDCI works exclusively for you as your professional technical team – we do not represent any developer, builder nor suppliers. Our contract is with you directly for professional services.
