Project Management
When feasibility stages are complete, the mdci PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM comes into play. The team is headed by the mdci Project Manager who becomes the primary contact with the client. A planning strategy is then formulated to match the client’s objectives and a management function related to every aspect of the project implemented.
Negotiations with, and the appointment of, all necessary external services not already recruited by the client, will be sourced. Our recommendations will relate to tried and tested relationships with these service suppliers and, due to long-lasting working relationships, mdci benefit from substantial discounts. These are, in turn, passed on to our clients and represent considerable cost savings.
The Project Manager liaises between the client and all service providers, securing the many different components to ensure the smooth development of every stage of the project. The client is kept informed at all times by his or her Project Manager and a highly detailed report is submitted to the client monthly. This provides the opportunity for the regular refinement of the project and allows for any adaptations. The Project Manager ensures, at all times, that the project remains on schedule and within its established parameters.
