Project Feasibility

Feasibility and planning studies are essential before undertaking any project. MDCI fully understand the complexities of these studies and work closely with developers to bring to their attention every possible eventuality. Our expertise ensures that all possible risks are analysed:

• Cost projections - a full audit of potential costs enabling us to determine projected profitability. MDCI are able to guide you through the myriad financial arrangements and suggest finance options thanks to our working relationship with financial institutions.
• Land valuation and licensing - we offer RICS approved surveys and valuation and assess licensing issues. Gaining permission to build from authorities is not as simple as obtaining a single license. Of the many permits required, most of them are issued through time-consuming bureaucratic channels. MDCI have significant experience in these processes and will negotiate and obtain all necessary permits with the least possible delay.
• Timelines and Cashflow - MDCI reporting ensures our client is fully aware of critical timings and can proceed according to schedule with recommendations for remedial action if necessary.
• Due Diligence - investigation into the details of potential investments, verification that contractual arrangements will be adhered to and that suppliers are able to fulfil their commitments for the length of the project
