How we work
No two projects are the same. Accordingly, as a project is undertaken, a specialist team is created from MDCI resources to totally fulfil the unique requirements. The head of this team is a Project Manager who liaises between the client and the team. The function of the Manager is to actively protect the client's interests and to communicate requirements to the project team, at the same time managing a reporting process which keeps the client abreast of the situation at all times.
This diagram demonstrates the chain of events from a client's first introduction to the delivery of their project.
- We first meet with you to discuss in detail your requirements and the project in general.
- You are then assigned a dedicated Project Manager and team who will be your main point of contact throughout each phase of your project development.
- Your Project Manager will provide you with a detailed project assessment and plan for your project.
- He then contracts any professional services you may require (such as Architects, Technical Architects, Engineers, Lawyers etc.).
- When the project plan is completed, applications for licences from the relevant authorities are made. Whilst the applications are being reviewed, the important stage of the acquisition of construction quotations takes place. There can be 5 or more stages to the in-depth, open market, bidding process from constructors. At each stage the potential providers are interviewed to ensure that the quotations submitted are of the expected quality and are the most competitive. Ultimately 2 quotations are submitted to you for consideration and selection. On approval, the construction commences to an approved schedule.
- During construction we provide you with full reports on a regular basis with details of every aspect of the development. This ensures you are kept up to date with progress.
- Project Management packages are also constantly reviewed and we listen to your views as the development progresses. If necessary, the overall strategy or plan can be changed as the project develops, again, to serve you more effectively.
- This process continues until the project is delivered on time, on budget and to your specifications.
